Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks/ERP systems
- Participate in month-end closing procedures
- Conduct internal control testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Understanding of GAAP and basic tax principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
