Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Organize and file financial documents and records efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and tax documents.
- Perform routine audits of financial transactions to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship in accounting/finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
