Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data management
- Adhere to GAAP compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 0-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
