Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing and compliance documentation
- Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Conduct data entry and bookkeeping for small business clients
- Participate in quarterly audits and internal reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or work experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
