Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for the night shift workforce.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Generate financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
