Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports for client review
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction tracking and data entry
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet daily payment processing deadlines
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Proven track record of financial reporting
- Valid California CPA license preferred
