Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank transactions
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with audits and maintain organized financial records
- Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping workflows
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax codes
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Local Wichita residency required for in-office support
