Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for multiple clients
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly tax returns (sales, payroll, corporate)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Generate customized financial reports for client decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal and Florida state tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero for real-time financial management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Expertise in sales tax compliance (FL Dept. of Revenue)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
