Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks for 5-7 small business clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with same-day payment verification
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with tax document preparation and compliance filings
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for client workflow optimization
- Provide real-time financial reporting to business owners
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Florida CPA license preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Ability to deliver same-day financial reporting turnaround
- Strong attention to detail with error resolution skills
- Valid US work authorization and Florida residency
