Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accelerated turnaround
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with same-week processing protocols
- Execute payroll processing for 50-100 employees with daily payment verification
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis within 24-hour cycles
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and tax documentation prep
- Implement daily cash flow monitoring systems for client portfolios
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial modeling projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' experience
- CPA or active pursuit (preferred) with GAAP expertise
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with daily payroll processing systems
- Ability to reconcile high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication for client-facing financial reporting
- Hybrid work flexibility required (Seattle-based office presence)
