Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements weekly
- Manage general ledger entries with QuickBooks proficiency
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports for client review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
