Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation compliance.
- Conduct audits of financial records to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
