Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ledgers, and reports with high accuracy.
- Payroll: Process and verify weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all night shift and support staff.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions adhere to GAAP and internal company policies.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update accounting software systems and ensure data integrity during off-hours.
- Asset Management: Conduct regular audits of physical assets and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience; Night shift experience preferred.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
