- Perform daily general ledger entries and ensure account reconciliations are accurate.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports for the weekend period.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory.
