Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly compliance filings
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
