Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation
- Manage vendor invoices and expense tracking systems
- Prepare financial statements for client review
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
