Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts with same-day payment verification
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports for startup clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with real-time payment tracking
- Conduct weekly payroll processing with immediate payment disbursement
- Implement daily cash flow monitoring and forecasting systems
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial modeling and analysis
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with daily transaction processing
