Your Role
As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Perform internal audits and assist in the preparation of external audits.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) to track financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus but not required.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
