Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to forecast performance and support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and variance reports for senior leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Present complex financial insights through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into business insights
