Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with daily reconciliation
- Process financial transactions using QuickBooks Online and Sage
- Prepare month-end closing reports with same-day payment processing
- Conduct variance analysis and expense tracking for client portfolios
- Collaborate with tax specialists for quarterly compliance reporting
- Maintain GAAP-compliant financial documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with daily pay processing
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Active Oregon CPA license or equivalent certification
