Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC, AML) and update compliance policies
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across financial operations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Investigate potential violations and prepare regulatory reports
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams on compliance initiatives
- Manage compliance documentation and record-keeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state banking regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., ComplySci, Adenza)
