Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and update compliance manuals, standard operating procedures, and training programs for staff.
- Monitor changes in local, state, and federal laws to ensure operational alignment.
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to mitigate risk and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, FCCA standards, and general business compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Certification such as CCPA, CCEP, or FCCA is a significant plus.
