We are currently seeking a highly organized Compliance Officer to oversee our operational standards in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will ensure that all equipment used by our team meets rigorous safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of all company-owned equipment and machinery to ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
- Manage and update the centralized equipment compliance database, ensuring all maintenance logs and safety certifications are current.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to verify that all new equipment meets established safety standards before purchase.
- Develop and implement training protocols to educate staff on the proper handling and maintenance of provided equipment.
- Investigate equipment-related incidents and prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in local, state, and federal compliance laws to ensure our equipment inventory remains up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance auditing, safety management, or a related engineering field.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, ANSI machinery safety, and DOT regulations.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
