Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and risk assessments for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate inspections and inquiries.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff to promote a culture of awareness.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations or internal discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
