Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with federal, state, and industry regulations
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Provide expert guidance to departments on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with thorough documentation
- Design and deliver engaging compliance training programs for all staff
- Stay current on evolving regulatory landscapes and update policies accordingly
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, OSHA, and industry-specific regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and auditing
- Exceptional communication skills for training and stakeholder management
- Professional certification (CCEP, CAMS, or similar) required
- Proficiency with compliance software and data analysis tools
