Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams on compliance initiatives
- Manage compliance documentation using provided cloud-based systems
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with compliance software (provided by company)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal/state regulations (e.g., CCPA, BSA)
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
