Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs across all business units
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify regulatory gaps
- Stay current with federal/state regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, AML)
- Train staff on compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams on regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification preferred (e.g., CCEP, CRCM)
- Proficient in compliance software and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
