Qualifications

- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee state and federal regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks
