- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (SEC, FINRA, FCA) to ensure organizational compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Train staff on compliance protocols and regulatory requirements
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Relevant certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CCEP) strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with compliance software and data analysis tools
