Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies/procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for financial operations
- Train staff on compliance protocols and regulatory requirements
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments on regulatory filings
- Ensure adherence to SOX, HIPAA, and FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
