As a key member of our accounting department, you will manage the daily financial operations of our diverse client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process weekly payroll accurately for multiple employees.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, secure, and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent time management skills to meet weekly payroll deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
