Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Process payroll and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with audits and provide financial documentation support
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and financial strategy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
