Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with precision.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely distribution.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audits as required.
- Ensure all financial data is organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
