Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable with precision and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurate.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for clients and management.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax packages.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with U.S. tax regulations is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
