Our client is expanding their accounting department and needs a reliable individual to handle daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
