Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement.
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and perform monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications
