Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • AP/AR Processing: Process accounts payable invoices, manage vendor relationships, and collect accounts receivable payments in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheets.

Qualifications
