Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process payroll entries and manage general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage and maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and handle vendor inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the night shift (evenings/overnights).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
