Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements, tax documents, and compliance reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero for daily bookkeeping operations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Optimize financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
