Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
- Process payroll entries and assist with tax preparation support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) during employment.
