Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts bi-weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end closing procedures on Sundays
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Support payroll processing for weekend staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
