We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with high accuracy.
- Process payroll entries and ensure tax filings are completed timely.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist with annual audits.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) to track financial data.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (CPA, CMA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Remote work experience is highly preferred.
