Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP or similar platforms.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audit requirements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
