Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple entities accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members regarding financial status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
