Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monthly financial statement preparation.
- Process payroll transactions and ensure tax compliance.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist with annual tax preparations and audits.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
