Responsibilities
- Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely billing.
- Reconcile monthly accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
- Manage incoming payments and post them to the general ledger.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment terms in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and financial transactions within the ERP system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors before they impact the bottom line.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
