Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure timely payment.
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, including applying payments and adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Generate and distribute monthly statements and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with the collections team to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in our ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with billing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Salesforce).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
