- Resolve billing discrepancies and credit memos through systematic investigation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address billing-related client inquiries
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends for leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce errors

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to reconcile complex accounts
