- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Reconcile patient accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers and patients
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Utilize Epic and NextGen EHR systems for billing operations
- Train staff on billing procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Advanced knowledge of insurance claim processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EHR systems and billing software
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with precision
