Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Monitor accounts receivable and initiate follow-up procedures for overdue accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoices, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Reconcile daily bank statements and billing logs to maintain financial integrity.
- Utilize billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Generate monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
